These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SkyQon website and the SkyQon Digital Trust Posture Platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. SkyQon is based in the European Union.

The Service

SkyQon provides continuous monitoring of domain trust signals — including email authentication, DNS, TLS, certificates, subdomains, registrar settings, brand-impersonation indicators, compliance evidence and post-quantum readiness — and presents findings and remediation guidance. The Service inspects publicly available information.

Acceptable use

You may only submit domains you own or are authorized to monitor. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Accounts and plans

Some features require a paid plan. Plan limits, prices and billing terms are described on our pricing page. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

No guarantee of completeness

SkyQon helps you find and fix domain trust gaps, but no security tool can guarantee that every issue is detected or that an organization is fully secure. Compliance evidence produced by the Service supports your program; it is not a certification or legal advice.

Intellectual property

SkyQon and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, content and trademarks. You retain rights to the data you submit and the reports generated for you.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and SkyQon's liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are provided for transparency. Where you have a separate signed agreement with SkyQon, that agreement governs in the event of conflict.
